George Rosendale, The Florida Keys Appraiser, has been a full time professional real estate appraiser since 1980.  Since 1989, he has been the owner/appraiser for Rosendale Appraisers and has been serving residential and commercial property owners in the Florida Keys from his office in Islamorada, Florida.

You can call, or e-mail an appraisal order for any property located in Monroe County, from Ocean Reef at the north end of Key Largo to the southern most point in the continental United States in Key West.
FINANCING CAUTION
If you are thinking of ordering an appraisal for financing purposes, please consult with your lender first.  Federal law dictates that banks and S&Ls must order the appraisal - not the borrower.
